The HCG diet protocol is not too difficult for a typical person to manage. There are many steps that can be used here.
The Three Key Stages

There are three important stages that are used in the HCG diet protocol:

- Breakfast is often managed with a small breakfast with a grapefruit or other low calorie and low fat fruit that does not have strong amounts of sugar in it. Organic tea may also be used in some cases.
* A lunch will often include a small salad and a chicken breast without fat. An apple may also be used as a snack.
* Dinner often includes a small amount of lean meat. It should also include water to keep the body healthy and comfortable.
